“The Blende Dental Corporation hired NETIP Dental in December 2011 to upgrade  our Dentrix Imaging 4.5 to a single platform using Dexis to manage the Xray’s, Intra-oral pictures and digital imaging from the camera to be stored in one platform, transition from our existing wiring to a new Cat6 wiring management infrastructure. “I was very concerned with our then existing IT Support Team. The new server that they installed was not what they billed us for, our existing thirteen work stations continued to have problems and we were not able to upgrade our computer software. Needless to say, we needed to change our IT team, upgrade our existing Dentrix Software and Dexis Imaging and completely replace all of our computer hardware equipment, including our “new server” that was less than one year old.

“On 12/10/2012 my server goes” kaputz!” I have to say a big thank you to Mr. Armando from Net IP. I am so glad that CDS does my Dentrix back up. This catastrophic event occurred @ 10 am on a regular Monday. “We hired NETIPDENTAL to do an assessment of our computers in our office and to increase our efficiency by running Eaglesoft 17 and Sirona 3-D Panoramic X-ray.

After the assessment and their recommendations, we decided to go with Phase 1, rewiring the entire office with Cat 6 and new network switch to improve the network.

Then with Phase 2, NETIP configured our server that was placed in a central area we built as a server room.

“At year’s end our mid-server that was running our EagleSoft v16 server software on eight workstations suddenly crashed and became corrupted. After installing what we thought would be an adequate computer for the task we quickly discovered that it fell way short-slow speeds, network issues, printer incompatibility, dropped software sessions, on and on it went. On top of it all we were operating on Windows XP with its looming security issues. We started asking around and were referred to NETIP Dental by a colleague that had nothing but excellent experience with Armando Vasquez.

Armando inspected our computer system and quickly had a cost effective solution centered on a Dell business class server and small form factor workstations and a new network switch. Within weeks we were up and running EagleSoft v17 on new computers with the security of Windows 7. Armando also was able to join our existing Windows 7 compatible workstations to the new network and integrated our third party software into each workstation.

NETIP Dental has exceeded our service and technical needs. Armando is quick to respond to our questions and minor glitches, mostly involving third party software.

Before installing a new component or making modifications it is tested ahead of making it a system wide change. He is sensitive to an active practice environment and has scheduled work in non-patient times whenever possible.”
