He brings extensive expertise in technology development and the design and implementation of data security solutions. He is project lead for a Department of Energy subcontractor, in the Computing Applications and Research Department. He served as manager of Corporate Emergency Response Service (ERS) at IBM where he was responsible for vulnerability testing, compliance testing, intrusion detection, computer security, and infrastructure support for the Real-Time Intrusion Detection (RTID) of the ERS.
