He brings more than fifteen years of expertise in building the organization’s mission-critical resources, including product and service development, customer relationship management, and user training services. He is currently the Director of Lexis International where he is responsible for the delivery of scalable e-learning systems and customer support programs for client firms in Silicon Valley and worldwide. He served as Regional Training Manager at Solectron, and Technical Training Director at PRI Automation where he developed revenue-producing knowledge management services and standards-based certification programs.
